I’ve always been a sleeper. I get about 9 hours now and that’s less than I used to. I have been waking up early for the last month or so but im going to bed early now too.
I sleep about ten hours a night or I get psychotic. Will deal with the ill health.
Something has to kill me.
i sleep 8 -16hrs , id love to wake up not feeling like a potato.
ive tried various different hours of waking up, 5hrs, 6hrs,7hrs 8hrs +1… i just wake up potato lol
I can’t help it anymore. I sleep about 8 hours a night, but I have to take a nap during the day because of my Lyrica and Saphris. They make me so tired!
I sleep like 10-11 hours a night I just feel so much sleep inertia upon waking it is nearly impossible getting up unless I have something urgent to tend to. It definitely lowers the quality of my life. I am in the process of doing a phone interview for a digital marketing apprenticeship and I’m scared if I will be able to maintain a consistent schedule if I am allowed onboard . I already had to drop one of my classes at school because of fatigue. I don’t think my insurance plans to cover my treatment either because I don’t technically have sleep apnea but UARS instead.
I think the results of this study can be skewed. If you’re sick, you’re more inclined to sleep more than well people. I don’t think these statistics are truly accurate
I sleep way too much for awhile and then very little. I just told my kids in going to bed soon. It’s 6:33 and I’m exhausted.
