As if you do, you’re just fighting against your own self. Don’t ask the outsiders, what to do and be a captain in your boat.

In my opinion, that only works to a point. I mean, you really need a conscience at times and have some self control.

Of course we need to control ourselves, but in most cases this is why we feel paranoya. Most morals work on the background anyway, so this wouldn’t become an issue.
Don’t moralize against yourself and free your karma!
