Not always easy to do in mycase. I always recognise them, but sometimes i get caught out and it drives my persecution complex up the wall lol.

While the hallucinations can be irritating, I think the internal voice is much worse…it tells me that nobody likes me, that I’m worthless, that I’m a waste of organic tissue
