Wonder if the antidepressants are working… i don’t feel ugly to the point of not wanting to look in the mirror… its weird

I remember one time after getting on antidepressants I felt like I wanted to mow the lawn. Strange how they work.

Mood has a lot to do with how you see yourself. I had some days a few years ago the slimmest I’d been in my adult years (maybe slimmer than my late teens) that I felt a little blah about how I looked.

my Dad, may he rest in peace, used to always teach us not to behave in an ugly manner.
so when i think about looks i try to concentrate instead on people’s character.
