Dog has diarrhea after leaving kennel

My One dog has bad diarrhea after Leaving the Kennel; she has had it since Wednesday when we picked them up. If it gets worse or not any better or doesn’t go away after this coming week, we will have to call our vet to get her in. Anyone have any advice on what to do in the meantime to slow the diarrhea down or stop it in its tracks I have no clue we fed her cheese to maybe help slow it down and it did a little bit but not much. Worried about her at first thought it was her nerves causing it since she was so stressed out.

did they give her different food while she was there? she might have caught parvo or something. you should probably call the vet asap.

id call first thing in the morning. parvo can be deadly

Will do I will call as soon as I get up in the morning Im worried that my other dog will get it if she has it I read its contagious hoping neither one has it but better have her checked and possibly my other dog too

I agree with an immediate vet visit. In the meantime, encourage fluids, if she won’t drink water try bone broth. Also feed plain rice with plain chicken

She has been eating and drinking but not as much and she had been vomiting but mostly she has diarreah

Dont give her regular dog food give her chicken and rice if she isnt allergic. If she is there are alternatives

We are going to wait and see if its just anxiety causing her diarrhea

Its not. She would be calmed down by now. As someone with a lot of dog daycare work uistory and dog ownership

I’m not trying to upset you, but your dog needs a vet visit. This is not normal. It would have passed by now if it were anxiety.

Her diarrhea has let up a lot since a few days ago were going to still keep an eye on her though she was having accidents a lot in the house now it has slowed up a lot.
