Does your taste in music say something about you?
I like me some rock, pop, classical and techno music. I don’t always pay attention to lyrics.
Music helps me relax or focus on my current task.
I tend to judge other people based on their music preference.
I only like my favourite tunes, I don’t really mind who sings it
once it affects my mind and mood, releasing dopamine all is ok
Ofcourse. Music is expression of self. And people tend to like music they can vibe with. So your choice of music is a the of qualities reflected in the artists music you appreciate. Sometimes that means you are like that, but sometimes I guess maybe you can be the opposite and so are drawn to it. It depends I guess but one way or another it says something about you.
If you like calm music, it says like the calmness the artist creates. Whether or not you’re calm or an heated person. May not describe you perfectly but describes what you like. If you listen to it enough it becomes a part of you as well, so can in most cases probably describe a person well, but not always.
When I was young, I liked pop, rock and R & B. And I liked it all very loud and lively. Now, I’m much older and I now prefer calm, tranquil, classical piano music.
Yes, in a way it does say a lot about who I am right at this moment and for a long time I am into Christian Rap, Christian Hard Rock like bands like Skillet Thousand Foot Krutch Day of Fire to name a few Bands I listen too also been listening to newer Country Blake Sheldon’s New song Texas is Awesome for example and Jelly Rolls Liar is also just as good.
It changes. At the moment i just listen to relaxing classical stuff. Something slow.

I’m big into classical, jazz, electric blues, and rock. Not sure what that says about me.
Am not sure what it says about me but I can enjoy literally any type of music
I don’t really listen to music anymore.
I’ll play the Jazz/Blues station when I’m driving. I enjoy that.
But I’ll listen to anything really.
I like to listen to different genres of music except for rap and metal, although I do like Metallica and Megadeth.
Right now I’m really liking this singer called Courtney Hadwin.
I like her song Monsters best of all.
I like certain music, but I’d say anything alternative or genre splicing is music to my ears. I don’t listen to heavy metal though.
I like all kinds of music. Theres something good in every genre (except reggae!)
But I love to listen to sad music. Depressed stuff. I always have liked it more than happy music.
