I usually sleep quite long. It’s usually just an issue of falling asleep at the right time.

If I don’t take my clozapine I can’t fall asleep. I’m stuck with it. It’s a low dose though.

Hey there I am same here.I feel guilty when taking meds because it’s a chemical and not really natural
