I think 50% of why Clozapine works for me is that I get good sleep on it

I really agree on that cause I had unstable sleep for decades and that really made me mentally unstable. During the last two years my sleep issues have become less a burden.

My sleep has been super messed up for like a year. For a super long time I have had an unpredictable sleep schedule, but for the last year or so, I can only sleep a couple hours at a time usually. There are rare exceptions.
