I feel that my portion of my head shape is changing,
Its becoming smaller and smaller by the looks of it,
Wonder why though?

you are obsessing about it…your skull isn’t shrinking…schizophrenia while delusional and off meds does cause brain damage though.

Its just that i saw few pics of mine lately and my shape of my head differ, or i am losing hair, but when i shaved my head last year, it looked ok…
yeah man…nothing like that could happen…your skull is fully developed.

Thank @jukebox , i even informed my doc he said its not the volume its the matter inside, i still wonder did he actually make fun of me 
no sir, doctors don’t joke about that. I don’t know what he meant but I assure you he wasn’t making fun of you…trust your doctors.

What about the brain shrinking?
Inactive brain activity causes shrinkage of brain?

I do feel so, because meds removes extra chemicals from the brain, if not busy it may, but not sure thought.
With my experience it may cause lots of things, if I dont keep my self busy, It may eat away, but hey I am not an expert on this, just an assumption.
Because when I do nothing or something, I forget what I learnt imagine if I am not learning, what all could be forgotten. Scary business with AP or not sure. Just my assumption.
The above belongs to unusual beliefs I suppose.
Shrinking of the skull is impossible but shrinking of the brain is possible. Sz in some cases causes mild brain shrinking while in other cases no shrinking at all.

My back of the head is straight not curved, its weird when I look at the shadow of my skull, face is big and skull is small, I think it did not grow 
Oh I just googled some more its something related to flat head syndrome
