Also how many days does it takes to develop enlarged breasts ? I’m sure if you r on the drug for just 1 week, you wont have enlarged breasts right ?

It doesn’t go away. Your stuck with it.

I was reading a study. It says it is reversible in most cases. I think mild cases are reversible but not moderate or severe cases.

We report, for the first time, that low-to-moderate adjunctive doses of aripiprazole can reverse gynecomastia associated with hyperprolactinemia caused by long-acting injectable antipsychotics.

For mild cases gynecomastia will go away after risperidone or Invega is stopped.
More severe cases will remain.
