I have been doing pushups for about the past year and have gained size in my chest and pecs. however i am unsure as to if my pecs that have gotten bigger from pushups everyday are gynecomastia or just fat or just how my muscles formed … i have been on invega sustenna for about 6 years or so
i will post a pic to get your guys opinion of if i have gynecomastia or enlarged breasts or not but remember that i have been doing pushups almost everyday and these pics are the results of working out.

Eh… They seem a little bit enlarged, but not so much that you need a bra or anything like that. Also, idk if you’re fat, but if you are then that’s probably part of it.
edit: Congrats about the consistent exercise, by the way. It’s so hard to get motivated.

78mg of invega sustenna probably 9 years but was on a higher dose previously.
I read enlarged breasts are reversible if its a mild case. They go away on their own after stopping the med that caused it.
If your case is severe, then surgery is the only option.

hey guys forgot about this thread for a minute… i take 234mg once a month on invega sustenna been on that for about 6 years or so i think. here is a picture i took a few days ago of my pecs that look more like they usually do normally. let me know what you think
Never had a problem with enlarged breasts, but im tall and skinny and only on 100mg a month - so maybe that helps. None of the pics here seem enlarged to me - looks like fat tissue to me and the fact your way bigger built than i am. Im a lanky sod!
