All I read is news and I watch the news at dinner. My 2 cents
i check the news pretty frequently. you just have to be careful and know what to believe. at the end of the day the news company is a company trying to sell you an article. they will try to get your attention. period. they also have reporting standards and an oath that they adhere to but they obviously care about how much attention their articles will get so its gonna be somewhat over-hyped sometimes

News teaches you about how horrible the world is and how we hang on bay the grace of god
Local news triggers me so I don’t watch that but I do watch a lot of cable news like CNN.
