does it help with sleep? thinking about buying walmart one for 6$
I take it. Yes it helps with sleep. I take 400mg at night.
yes, apparently about 24.2 mg every cup of black tea i have.
I used to take it for anxiety. It helps with focus too.
I take it although I don’t know if it does much for me. I am a bit of a hard head for somethings and I am assuming I have a cross tolerance present from Ativan.
I took it for awhile didnt do a thing to me !!
I was taking 200mg at night. I ran out and have not been taking any for a while now. I’m still sleeping fine. It didn’t hurt taking it but I’m not needing it.
I was taking 600 mg daily for a while, but then I discovered 300 mg works just as well. It doesn’t solve all your problems, but it does seem like it takes some of the edge off.
did you build any tolerance to it?
I haven’t so far, but I’ve only been taking it about two months.
ill stick to 300mgs to then. two months is a long time dont think you will get it
Beware of cheap supplements sold at major retailers. The stores are more concerned about offering a great deal, than a quality product that will benefit someone’s health. If it is cheap, avoid it. No reputable company using high-quality ingredients can manufacture high-end supplements cheaply. It just isn’t possible. But there are companies you can trust like Metagenics, Xymogen, Apex Energetics, Researched Nutritionals, Designs for Health, Pure Encapsulations, to name a few.
It is vitally important when choosing a supplement company to find one that is of good quality. A few years ago, supplement brands sold in stores like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc. came under fire for containing little to of the ingredients on their label. In addition, lower end supplements often provide a lower quality version of what they contain, and almost always contain non-food additives, colors, preservatives, binders, etc. In order to ensure quality of the supplements you use, choose a brand that is only sold through healthcare professionals. This helps ensure quality and potency, and helps you to achieve the results you wish to achieve.
To get the pharmaceutical-grade, medical-grade, or doctor-grade supplements, which are going to be the highest quality, you will often have to buy them in a practitioners office or online from the company themselves.
I don’t know. L-theanine is an amino acid, so I might not. It would be like building up a tolerance for protein.
