What happens if you mix valerian root with alcohol? Just curious!

The melatonin also works because of placebo, you feel like you can sleep because you have taken a pill. I used to take melatonin (up to 10mg) for sleep, they sell it cheap at my local drug store, extended release version. Now that Im on Seroquel I dont have trouble sleeping, but sometimes I take a little melatonin, especially if I feel like the Seroquel wasn’t enough.
This is also true of every single drug or supplement in existence.
