Does anyone here journal ? do your symtoms impede you from doing so?

I really want to journal but im worried about severe forgetfulness due to meds thus making me forget what i want to say

No, I used to report my moods on a mood tracker. Now I want to make a journal though.

I write daily in a journal.
Short notes mainly like how I slept and if I exercised and how I feel.

I keep track of everything on my phone calendar but sometimes i write more in a mindfulness journal

I have been keeping recovery journals for decades. They help me set goals and track my progress. They have been a cornerstone of my recovery.

I’ve tried to journal a few times it’s never really stuck though

I’ve also had to journal for therapy and I’m better at that unfortunately the therapist that made me do that then ignored the work I did
