Has anyone tried journaling?

I journaled for one hour today and it seems like it might have helped with my delusions. Maybe offloading them to paper can make them seem less believable. I’m going to try journaling for an hour a day and see if it helps. Thoughts?

Nothing but beneficial i think.
For me though, every time i make a plan to start journaling, i give up after a few days in. But im certain its a great help to anyone who sticks to it.

I journal evey now and then it helps me unload my thoughts and releases my stress.

I have already answered this question once today in a separate thread. Yes, I have kept a recovery journal for decades. It helps me set goals, achieve goals, and track progress.

I would not be alive without writing my thoughts and feelings down on paper. I don’t even understand how others get by without it?
