Does anyone else have this problem?

We were cleaning out the van today, and my shirt got soaked in sweat, and no one else was sweating at all. I did do some work, but not that much. I’ve had this problem for most of my life. Does anyone here sweat like I do?

Yes. It can be 5C outside and I’ll still sweat like it’s 25C when I’m shooting a wedding.

Not to the extent you are describing, but sometimes when I go out in the heat and work, I get sweaty and fatigued more than I should. Probably has to do with weight and being out of shape for me.

I think the med’s play a role, but I also consume a lot of caffeine and sugar.

Could be a bit of both, but you did say you’ve had the issue all your life? so maybe might be normal for you to sweat quickly/more when active

I sweat a lot more since having meds, but it’s probably fitness orientated more directly than it is the meds itself for me

Could be hyperhidrosis:

Or maybe you have heat sensitivity due to medication. Lord knows ever since I started Abilify my heat tolerance has gone waaaay down.

Good luck to you :dizzy:

Yeah i have it pretty bad. A combination of hyperhydrosis and heat intolerance from meds and being a bit unhealthy fitness wise. Its the middle of winter here and i sweat it up just going for a walk in the morning. Summer absolutely destroys me. Cant do anything in that darned season.

My friend has a condition in which she excessively sweats. I forget what its called. Ion the other hand hardly sweat though I’ll feel like im damp I’m not actually sweating. Unless its super hot or im really working.

It it wasn’t for that I could get a job digging ditches outside. I’d be happy to do it. Also, I got back problems. Nothing severe, but the pain is too great for me to do certain kinds of work. Most of my body fat is concentrated right where it puts the most strain on my lower back.
