Probably the worst symptoms I get are paranoid fears, along with having very little speech and emotion, just wondering if anyone else gets really bad anxiety

When i believed that aliens were watching me, I had anxiety attack and paranoia
When delusional I have terrible anxiety.
I feel that the paranoia brings on the delusions, it’s defiantly something to recognize and work on - reducing the fears before they get away from you.

I am very anxious yeap. With poverty of speech too sometimes and mostly - lack of emotions. Gosh, I guess its the negatives… Theres not much solution out there on the anxiety. Aps help a bit. Keep hope.
Paranoia makes me anxious, yes.

Do you like never laugh, because I never do anymore like I used to. I used to be a class clown in high school now I’m the loner kid
@John_Raven the anti psychotic meds block dopamine (they say the illness is because we produce too much or are too sensitive to it). That’s what causes the dullness- not the illness but the cure Ironic right?
Well one of the negative symptoms of psychosis is flat emotions, but yeah meds definitely contribute
I’ve excepted paranoia, it’s a large part of my day
all of Mass Media, gov, and radio
we live together
I’m on 4 anti anxiety pills a day
the racing heart, the palpitations, the constant pacing
I don’t wish that anxiety on anyone.
My anxiety is through the roof when I’m delusional.
