I’m having some pretty intense psychosis. I feel like my voices control how I feel feelings. They will tell me they can control it and then it happens. I don’t know if this is a part of delusional thinking or not.

It seems deeper to me Idk why.
It’s weird because I feel alot of my emotions in an external way. Like I feel anger on my skin like a vapor

Do you ever get voices in your body? Like my stomach will growl and I’ll hear someone talk in it. Also in my breath I’ll breath and hear a voice and I can control the speed of the speech with how fast I’m breathing. This is in a totally relaxed state

It’s difficult because I don’t know if my thoughts control my feelings or if my feelings control my thoughts. But my dx is bp 
someone told me
they are just voices and hallucination
when they move your hand its you moving your hand
its just feeling they moving your hand …etc

The paranoia and anxiety usually control how I feel.
I think it’s a circular thing where everything affects everything else, emotions influence thoughts and visa versa. The only hope you have is to align a rational view of the world with rational emotions. This works thru the same circular logic but instead of letting your thoughts and emotions go wild you become consciously aware of them and do continuous reality testing to check their validity based on reason.

Sometimes. Alien at times places his thoughts in my head so at times I can’t control my thoughts bcuz his affect mine.

I feel there feelings in my body and feel them in my body.
It can be so intense and hysterical and I can not always handle it.
So it is not me I feel it is them.
Thankfully I can feel myself aswell which I could not when I was younger.
My voices ,mosnes snd gunshots and screams went away about ten years ago or so but I still have delusions that I may believe are real.
Others do try to take over your body and person I think.
When I am not in my body …
I do not know what to say but I like to pray
Mi say thank you almost daily and pray my great man be protected etc and thankful for having him.
I should say thank you that voices stopped.
How can one control where ones energy and spirit is and make it go back to ones body by will…
