Sometime in late afternoon/evening I feel symptoms of sz and anxiety worsen.
I feel my meds wear off before the next dose which is at bedtime. They just don’t last all day. Anyone else?
Other than weight gain I can’t complain about side effects, so why can’t they work all damn day??
Maybe you can adjust the timing?hope you can find a solution. Or maybe you need an upped dose.

I’ve tried a little adjusting time of the dose under dr orders but no luck sadly.
But I agree there’s so many possibilities out there. I just feel stalled and not sure what to try from

If I get too much anxiety, I take my vraylar and the anxiety goes away.
My meds keep me stable all day. They really hit hard about 3 hours after I take them and really sedate me so I take them at bedtime. They make waking up very hard so I take modafinal and caffeine to wake me up in an hour. For twelve hours after taking my meds I am very sedated and then it ware’s off and I am able to function with mental stability.
Mine wear off after 7 hours.
I am not sure.
I experience zero symptoms, except… if I woke up in the middle at the night.

My meds last all day, both aripiprazole and fluoxetine
yea that is the reason i take clozapine 4 times a day.
My meds last a little less than 24 hours.
Yes they wear off, this is why I take my risperidone and Depakote in divided doses.

Mine last 24 hrs. I very rarely skip a dose (not on purpose) and so far I haven’t slipped.
Abilify has a very long half life and so lasts all day.
My meds last all day as far as I know.
