Do you have access to an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)? This may be a good alternative to full hospitalization. Maybe talk with your pdoc about this (if this option exists in your country).

i will go to mens stationare not into where is very hard patients and then to day program… ijust chill out there

They have a free drop in facility near me where you can go in anytime for free mental health groups and art therapy. I used to go when i was physically able. Got to be around others, learn some things and express yourself thru art. was fun looking at other’s art works too. If they don’t have something like that near you what about an art class?

I usually go to hospital if I don’t feel safe or if my illness makes me not able to cope. That’s why I’m here now.

I do sometimes but feel it wouldn’t help me.

Never again. Scary, crazy places but if I ever go in again I ain’t going in like a lamb led to slaughter like my previous 10 times. Someone or someones going to get scared by me.
