I would like to about at 6am
I keep ■■■■■■■ up my sleep schedule so I’m pretty nocturnal I go to bed before the sun though
wow thats nice idea really.
I usually am up around 6-9ish depending if I’m free that day or not. That’s when most of the weird stuff seems to happen because I’m so sleepy. But then again maybe not, it kind of happens throughout the day but less focuses as before.
I wake up between 5-7 AM. The problem I have is waking up earlier and not being able to fall back to sleep.
I go to sleep at 8 pm and I wake up anywhere from 1am to 4am. The if I get tired in the day I take a wee bit of a nap. Or sometimes I take a whopper of a nap lol.
I woke up at 10AM today!!! That’s so early for me!! Usually I go to sleep at 8AM. I’ve struggled with bad insomnia for years.
I vary, can be from 4.30 to 9.30 am .
My sleep schedule is all over the place, but I tend to wake up later on the weekdays and early on the weekends, which isn’t convenient obviously.
Im totally a long sleeper.
But i underestand the cycle. Like i go to sleep at 1 am. Yesterday i went to a concert and went to sleep at 3 am. In the morning i had the alam set on noon. But i still woke up at 10 am. Cause thats my usual time. But i expected to wake up at noon.
So i think it doesnt matter how many hours you sleep. You just get used to waking up at a certain time.
I wake up around 4 to 5 AM most days, sometimes I nap for a hour before work
I go to bed around 12 midnight every night. But, I don’t fall asleep until around 4 am in the morning. I take my meds at 4 am. Then, I sleep in until around 130 pm.
Either that, or I go to sleep around 12 midnight and wake up around 4 am and take my morning meds at 4 am and stay up until around 7 am and then go to bed again and sleep in until around 1230 pm.
Either way, I get 9.5 hours of sleep and end up wasting my whole morning.
My newest schedule is bed at10pm and wake up at 1pm. The haldol+ in Vega really knocks me out.
I’m up with dawn or before. I don’t work but have an alarm set for 5:30am every morning. I too like getting up early and go to bed early just for that same reason.
The world is so peaceful really early!
It’s my dream to be able to wake up at 4 AM and sleep at 9:30/10 PM. I feel like crap waking up any earlier than 10, in reality though.
I usually get up around 9am, but once in a while I awaken before dawn.
It totally matters how much sleep I get. I have to get at least 9.5 hours of sleep in a 24 hour time period or I feel like absolute caca.
My sleep pattern is all over the place, I’m not working so i just sleep whenever i feel like it
same here. it seems like I stay up longer as the winter turns to spring. this week I’ve been getting up about 10:30 est. I’m not active until I’ve had my two cups of coffee so about 1130-noonish when I get to work.
My partner just started a midnight to 8am shift…guess how well my sleeps doing?.. i woke up at 5pm on thurs… and 10 am on friday… my anxiety is spiking through the roof and i have prescription strength benadryl…
