Do you think you could actually handle it if your negative symptoms went away?

I use Cogentin to fight the negative symptoms. It seems to work; I have no negative symptoms. Unless I am just used to them at this point. Have you all tried Cogentin? How did it work for you?

I wouldn’t advice you to try Sarcosine if Memantine is working well for you. Sarcosine is quite opposite of Memantine.

Why? Would sarcosine increase glutamate activity? I would like to try sarcosine because I still have some cognitive issues.

Sorry about the earlier post, I didn’t know that cognition is a drug. I’m taking CDP-Choline myself and it is awesome. I would need Galantamine with it though.

Sarcosine activate NMDA receptors which means increase glutamate activity. I’m also suffering from cognition issue. I’m taking CDP-Choline and it is helping. If you decide to take Choline please check with your doctor as it may not work well with Memantine

I feel like I could do a million things without these symptoms. Already having my energy back with modafinil is allowing me to get more of my life back. With energy and my motivation and focus back I’d be unstoppable :triumph:

I do not have a lot of negative symptoms on this med. It comes and goes… ups and downs. But my persistent positive symptoms which is intrusive thoughts has never left me.
