Do you think its a good idea to do some strength training even though I can't gain muscle?

I can’t gain muscle on meds. Should I do strength training anyway? Just not push myself to the max so I don’t recover?

Maybe som cardio + some light strength training.

edit: I was vegetarian when I tried strength training and didn’t see progress. I’m not vegetarian now. Maybe it will be different, who knows.

Yes, good idea. I think a mix of cardio and strength training is best.

Even with low T, it’s more than what a woman has and still enough to build muscle. Slower progress but still worth it. I’m doing a fully body twice a week from home now.

I’m on meds. I lost 100 pounds (45 kg) by restricting calories and exercise. I’m currently doing weight lifting and building muscle. It’s now been two years since I started losing weight. It is possible to gain muscle. It’s just not easy. So yes, do strength training
