Do you take supplements? Do you notice them working?

I take omega3 and a multivitamin. I also take protein powder every now and then.

I only notice the long term effect and satiety of protein powder.

Yes, they help. When I have taken them for a while I get a new normal and forget what they do. But when I have taken a longer break, say 2 weeks I can feel that they wear off and I start feeling less well.

@BioHack that’s a full pack overloaded with goodies. Your husband knows what is doing.
I know sulforaphan and glutathion is used for enlightenment. Sulforaphan is very good for cognition. Dha very good for the brain.

Looks like you are taking care of everything.

The only supplements I’m taking right now are

  • Taurine 3000mg a day
  • L-theanine 300mg at night for sleep

I can feel them working straight away.

No I don’t think my liver would like it with all the meds I take.
