Do you pace?

I’ll frequently feel revved up, either feeling overwhelmed or feeling manic or anxious, so I’ll start to pace and walk around the house.
I’m step tracking my steps and usually try to take at least 5000 steps daily.

Do you sometimes pace?

All night and day when I was on abilify, I would also check and recheck door locks and peek out the blinds. I was a cross between a tweaker and a nosey old neighbor lol.

I used to pace a lot on Invega, but now I barely move around. Might get 1000 steps tops.

Yes

Sometimes it’s good to just sit down for a minute when you find yourself pacing excessively

When I am on a typical ap I pace in a big way. Sometimes I pace back and forth in my room for exercise.

I pace almost every day.
I also consume a lot of caffeine. Maybe that’s got something to do with it?
As soon as I catch myself pacing pointlessly I try to make myself stop.

Yeah I pace everyday too.
I’ll get so revved up that I start to pace.

Yeah. I paced a lot when first going psychotic, even at work, and I still pace a fair bit even now that I’m stable.

When I was unmedicated and under a lot of stress I would pace and come up with wild theories.

Then when I first started Abilify, I’d pace from the awful restless legs.

Nowadays, the restless legs are gone (thankfully) and I don’t pace as much anymore.

Yes, when I’m worried or anxious, or just deep in thought.

I paced a lot in the house after my dad died.
