I just got a 28 day electronic automatic pill dispenser. A little voice on it tells me it’s time to take my morning pills at 8:30 am. I still sometimes don’t take them until 9:30 am.

I would love a calming medication that puts me to sleep .
Mine gives me Akithisia and anxiety and insomnia.
Good apart from that I think.

I like taking my meds, it means the day is over and time for sleep, and a hope that tomorrow is a good day.

For the last 6 months I’ve been very antipsychiatry because of that I was overmedicated for many years.
But now I realize that the pills saved me from getting into a strait jacket for 30 years.
I’m a free man and live independantly and I get never admitted anymore.
So yes Im allways looking forward to stay psychosis free.
Im on 500 mg Clopixol every 3. Week and 800 mg Seroquel by mouth.
I have given informed concent to my meds

I think they used to give me lorazepam in the hospital to sleep
