You can’t “beat” psychosis. Your brain is wired wrong and will keep being that way.
You can lessen the symptoms and keep relapse at bay by learning coping mechanisms and avoiding triggers and stressors.
Cognitive behavior therapy is good for that.
I reduced or eliminated for the most part my severe, agonizing DP/DR but at a cost. I did all sorts of supplements for years and realized most of them were risky and pricey and even worthless because they did nothing for me.
I stopped supplements, but I enjoyed sarcosine for a bit while it worked and even sodium benzoate especially.
I’m so tired and the meds tranquilize me and the energy drinks just lift me up temporarily, but I’ve been in a tired state my whole life since I was a kid. I was pretty mellow and laid back for the most part.
