Love it, my favorite is Ama-ebi, raw shrimp tails with black tobiko, and the head is deep fried and eaten whole like softshell crab

only cooked sushi, preferably shrimp California roll. I get it at the grocery store. I just started trying little bits of wasabi. that is really spicey!
