I think that writing my diaries is very therapeutic and good, I like to write anything that comes to my mind. I started maintaining my diaries / notebooks more actively 20 years ago in America and I have continued writing daily. Nowadays I write in Finnish and I use a pen and paper.

How nosy of them
I haven’t written in a diary in quite a long time because it is always so negative. But starting January each day I’m going to write one good thing that happened each day and will read all of them on Dec 31st 2019. I hope it works.
When I was a teen I made an alphanumerical cypher that was super easy to crack. It dissuaded the casual snoop, but anyone who knew how to crack the simplest cypher could do it with a bit of time. When I was in the hospital,a ntoehr patient tried to steal it. Since then I don’t trust other mentally ill folks I meet in real life.
I keep a prayer journal. I’ve been keeping it for many years. I only write short prayers every day. I used to keep a diary. It was very lengthy. All I used to do was endlessly complain about my paranoia, thought broadcasting and thought reception. I no longer have all that so, it’s no longer needed.
