CBT works yes but only if you are ready for it
CBT is good for anxiety and mood

I think first meds but a combo is usually effective. I think meds help but you still have to put in the effort.

Yeah it was really helpful to me. Make sure you do the homework.

Also keep in mind unless it’s specifically CBT for psychosis, it is designed for depression and anxiety. So if you don’t have those things it may not be helpful to you. I actually twisted it to apply to psychosis stuff anyhow. In my opinion CBT was the most helpful therapy I ever tried when it came to recognizing unhealthy thought processes and how to change them.

I did intense CBT with s trained therapist for one year, and it helped but not enough.
Maybe it’s because I was experiencing some psychotic symptoms at the time.

It helps wen u are ready for it and willing to open up and listen n be humble to their opinion

I didn’t find it helpful at all personally
