CBT for schizophrenia: Does it work, benefits, and more

Honestly, CBT works great for certain people with depression.

It’s not as effective for psychotic disorders like schizophrenia and psychotic bipolar.

But this doesn’t mean it can’t help at all.

I find that DBT is more effective.

I have applied for a psychologist 3 times and got turned down every time. I think I should at least try it if there is a chance that it can help me become better, but apparently the system doesen’t think so.

I could go to a psychologist on my own, but then we are talking at least 120$ for one session…

You’re thinking of CBD.

Im thinking of kinky business…

Sorry im a jerk who makes bad jokes

I have schizophrenia and had a lot of success with CBT.

Things I learned while pretty much a child are still with me now and really help.

I was able to get my OCD symptoms down from like an 8/10 to 2/10.
