Do you have any cats? I have two

I just got them both spayed, and I think it put them in heat. I’m sure they will calm down soon, but right now they’re kind of a nuisance.

I have two family cats.

Say hi to Middy.

Cute. I love cats, but if you have females you better get them spayed. Cats reproduce so fast.

Yep very true.

We had to get our female spayed too.

She was basically always pregnant until we spayed her.

Sometimes I think there couldn’t be anything better than a yard full of kittens, but those kittens will grow up and have kittens, and they will have kittens of their own. It can quickly get out of hand.

I have two cats, a male and a female. They’re both old. I got them both over a decade ago.

You should get males neutered, too.

I’ve always had a dog, and we always get them neutered. Nothing worse than laying your head down on a pillow full of… well ummm. you get the point, lol

Hahaha!! Ewww…

I hate the attitude that people have of feeling like it’s not cool to neuter a male, but they have no problem spaying a female.

Cats and dogs who live indoors are very frustrated if they’re not spayed or neutered. It’s the right thing to do.

I have no problem getting a male neutered. I have a tomcat who is going to get neutered soon. But the reason I feel like it was more urgent for me to get my females spayed is because they’re the ones that have kittens. Males don’t do that. You aren’t left holding the bag with males.

But they’re the ones who cause the pregnancies.

I know that. Maybe it is immoral not to get my tomcat neutered just as soon as I get my females spayed, but in my personal situation I don’t have a car, so I have to prioritize which cats I to take to the vet first.

I have 8. They’re all brats.

From what I know it is more important health-wise to have your female cats neutered early, but waiting too long with male cats will expose them to unneeded health risks and there’s also a risk that they will develop behavioral issues that will stay with them even after the neutering.
