I mean I was just being defensive but it was cruel and I regret it fully

yeah - maybe I am but I worry too much. I have said some hurtful things to other people too - once I was too young. and another time - it was because they were completely unreasonable and simple completely ugly. When someone wants to hurt you intentionally and try to ruin your life - how do you react? I don’t regret the stupid stuff I said but I learnt a valuable lesson. Walk away and never look back. People do not want others to be happy. If I continue thinking like this - I will be completely alone.
I have some unresolved issues too - which is why I talk to myself. But at night - when I put my head on the pillow and say some prayers - I am completely at peace and just feel content. The only time I can not sleep is when I am psychotic and have paranoia.

I have to maintain a clear conscience to avoid parinioa, plus there’s lots of benefits to living that way.

Mine gets better the more I follow and read about the bible the people in it and myself I am not much of a Christian but I plan to be in the future. I’m gonna be a sheep.

Learned that the hard way I think my phycosic would not have been nearly as bad. Had I not been carrying around years of baggage.
When it comes to hurting others, my conscience is pretty pure. When it comes to hurting myself, I have made countless mistakes. I was a real masochist for awhile. People judge people like me. What am I saying? people just judge, period. Sadly that is the truth. I also agree with the quote; tell no one. We live in a jealous-hater world. People don’t like to see other people happy. That is the #1 thing I would change if I had the power. Sure would.
I don’t think about conscience much, but have qualms when a memory hits me.

Waking up to the elaborate imaginary story of insanity, and reconstructing it with simplistic unbelief of the entire picture, was the answer to morality in sickness.
