I might switch to seroquel tomorrow im wondering if I’ll gain another forty lbs or if my metabolism is already slowed enough from meds before.
I remember when I was going to a schizophrenia support group that all of the people taking seroquel were morbidly obese.
You might want to talk to your doctor about the risks of taking seroquel.

It depends on the dose, but Seroquel is usally a big weight gaining med - it slows down your metabolism considerably.
On paper its worse than Risperdal as far as weight gain is involved.
Could be worth trying new APs even though they are supposed to be as bad for your weight as the one you are on since med effects are individual. Seroquel is pretty much weight neutral for me and I’m on 600 mg. That is not a typical reaction but it is how I react to it.
