A large portion of those with sz are so low functioning they wouldn’t get much out of this website. Also, there’s another large chunk that are so high functioning that they don’t feel a need for a place like this.

Then there’s the language barrier.

Then there are the chunk that are too paranoid to post much on a google-indexed public forum, like me.
