OK, so this one is without prescription in my country so I take it…
I need smth to help me sleep sometimes, plus I even find it calming 
I wanted smth free on the market, I’ve tried many herbs for sleeping, but they never helped me…
Do you find ,you personally, the benadryl a strong med?
Tbh, I like how it makes my head dizzy and I go to sleep then…
I turned tired from sick overthinking through the years and my inner monologue in this physical loneliness lol…
So some of you take it here, there’s no danger from it?
I take 2 of them every night for tremors from Geodon. It doesn’t make me sleepy anymore. If you take it often it loses that effect. I don’t have any problems but the lady at urgent care looks at you funny when you tell her you take 50 mg of Benedryl every day and you don’t have any allergies. I have a prescription for it so I get them for free.
I take Lunesta for sleep. It’s a narcotic though. But it has worked for years.

They sell the benadryl here in my country as a sleeping pill in fact… I couldn’t have handled the sedation from it in the day…
Oh, OK, sheesh, I’ll see if it’ll stop working for my sleep one day 
My zyprexa doesn’t put me to sleep, which is strange, cause it knocks out my other ill friends…
Benadryl gave me urinary retention. Tylenol pm and unisom are the same drug.

I used to be prescribed hydroxyzine for anxiety. It’s also an antihistamine like Benadryl. I used to call them my super Benadryls.
I found they helped slow down the ruminating thoughts, which was always a relief. I stopped taking them because they made it hard to get up in the morning and I had to go to work.
Benadryl did not help me to sleep. In all fairness I was full blown psychotic at the time when I took them.
