I think we’re fine here. Now I’m not feeling paranoid now. But who has time to go on schizophrenia forums and lurk in their free time? Most people could care less that we exist on this forum.

I do feel paranoid. Sometimes it gets very bad and i cant come here. I also feel my activiy is tracked by other sites and linked here. I do like it here tho, so i try to trust that, as @Gecko said, no one would really want to do that.

A little. I access the forum through my work wifi and wonder if IT department can see my profile and posts etc. Then if they know, who else knows, that kind of thing. Other than that I don’t have much concern.

I don’t want to bring sz into the equation at work and I don’t think they want me to either. It’s something I rather not ever have had and don’t want to have it as part of my social identity.

then they would know.

As I am on this schizophrenia forum. My friend request in Facebook increased to 5000 in just one week because of it. So I closed that Facebook account and open another by changing my email id.

Well once I’ve posted one when feeling less paranoid,
I felt I might aswell post more now that it’s out.
However, I do feel my level of paranoia has stepped up a little so that may need to end.
