The evening for me.

The morning is usually the quietest for me.

I, too, feel best in the morning. The stresses of the day sometimes have a way of accumulating on you, I find.

Feel best at night when the days stress is done.

I feel better after 6pm. My mornings used to be hellish. But that’s kind of sorted itself out somehow.

Mornings I tend to be on the Manic side.
I frankly do better during the afternoon.
Nights I get a bit more paranoid.

Morning is best for me. It feels good.

I feel best in the morning after about 9.5 hours of sleep. And I get a lot done in the morning too. But, unfortunately, I am a big procrastinator. And, I try to cram everything in at the last few hours of the night.

I like nights better and dread the mornings having to face another day.

I hate the mornings. I love the nighttime after everyone goes to sleep. I was up until 4:30 this morning. Itms about 10:30 now.

I would say very much the night.

Generally my head is quieter during the morning, and gets worse in the evening.

During morning my depression tends to be worst, but during night my psychosis tends to be worst

I’m the most productive between 11am-4pm.
Before and after that I’m pretty much useless for any kind of intellectual work.
I hate when I have to do stuff in the morning. Mornings are worst.

on this particular medication - at night - after 8.

Depends when I get solitude or calm environment. And rest even if not alone like no tasks

I don’t consider myself alive before 6PM.

Before I became MI (a year and a half ago) I was in my zone between 10am and 2pm but now, with the meds etc. I don’t even really wake up until the afternoon. I feel my best right before bed. between 8pm and midnight. I hope my hypothyroid med kicks in and makes it easier for me to be awake during the day.
