Mornings are sometimes the best times of a day

After sleeping nine hours and waking up in the morning with the clear and rested mind to have few cups of coffee before taking morning meds makes me feel very good and relaxed especially while listening some happy music, makes me feel great.

I hate mornings.

I like evenings a lot better.

If I change my sleep schedule then I would feel better in the morning.

Good to hear some poeple actually feel like getting out bed for no reason.

I start sleeping quite early in evenings and so waking up before the sunrise feels good. I used to stay up longer in evenings when I watched TV, but nowadays I do not really watch TV. I think it is good to have a regular sleeping schedule.

I used to go to bed around 10 pm and get up around 8 or 9 am.

This was about 20 years ago.

I like mornings, my symptoms are usually less first thing in the morning. I enjoy having coffee and going through this forum.

Mornings are good times for me. Quite often I get depressed later on in the day and evening.

My depression seems less in the mornings, as the day progresses, my depression seems to get worse.

This is usually the pattern.

Five to seven am is the best time of the morning. The air is fresh, it’s cool, and most people are still in their homes. I dig it.

I love the mornings better. Less depressed and no visual hallucinations. In the evening the anxiety gets worse. I sleep earlier. Because of stress.
