It varies, but mostly the morning is the best.

The quiet of the night before bed
I usually feel best when i first get up for the day.
A couple of hours before bed when I’m watching a film. The worst time for me is just after I wake up and feel lost.

Around 1 a.m. when I have full Haldol in my system from my bedtime meds and I know I can sleep a long time before I have to wake up and be tormented by paranoia again.
Morning, but not early morning… after slowly waking up, listening to music in bed, having breakfast, etc. Or late in the afternoon when picking up my son from school. I like us being together.
Whenever I wake up. Which could be anywhere from 4 am to 1 pm.
I’m a night owl. I like small spaces and the dark makes me feel closed in and safe.
