Do you eat vegetables?

I eat some. I need to increase my intake. Especially leafy greens. These help with my gastrointestinal health and help me feel better.

Yes. Spinach, raw or cooked peppers, avacados , green beans cooked onions

I need to eat more vegetables. I only eat a little bit of lettuce.

I eat mostly broccoli and potatoes for vegetables. I do not eat them every day, more like every other day.

I like carrots and cherry tomatoes with ranch, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, lettuce in salads, and celery with peanut butter.

I wish I had more vegetables too. We had a really nice chef’s salad for lunch at my clinic the other day.

I do but not as much as I should. I’ll have a salad for lunch from time time, but struggle to digest the salad. I’m not sure whether that is or isn’t age related.

I don’t eat enough even though I’m vegan.

When I eat vegetables it’s mostly frozen vegetables because it’s so much cheaper.

I wasn’t eating vegetables for a long while as I wanted an easy ready meal
Now I eat steamed sprouts and sometimes carrots
I also like vegetables curries and salad

Not really. They are boring. I like myself some pasta with cheese and salt.

I eat vegetables every day. Mostly with dinner. We always make sure to have vegetables with dinner. I should probably have more salads for lunch.

I make smoothies with lots of spinach, fruit, protein powder with superfoods in it, Greek yogurt and coconut milk. It’s a great way to get nutrients in. It’s like a treat.

I love other vegetables too. But I haven’t had as many as I should in the last couple weeks. I’ve had about 2 servings s day for about 3 days per week. Not enough. But I can easily fix that

As much as I can afford. We have vegetables with every dinner. Sometimes dinner is a salad, but I load my salads with a lot of different veggies.

If veggies tasted like starbust candy I’d never have a problem with food but I do eat a helping of them the majority of time they are served at the group home.

Yes. I eat veggies every time I eat. Well, except if I eat a sweet. If I eat a sweet, then it’s sometimes fruit or just dessert food. Oh, I guess breakfast doesn’t have veggies.

I have a serving of broccoli every day with my noodles and often spinach as well. Sometimes frozen carrots with my rice dish. Other vegetables not as often as I should unless making soup.
