Mine is okra and aubergine
I like okra too! There is an Indian okra dish called bindi bhaji which is lovely.
I was JUST looking at that okra dish. Cos we’re going to an indian restaurant this Wed for my brothers bday n had a look online at the menu… It looks good.
celery, carrots, broccoli, potatoes, cauliflower, artichokes, bell peppers, cucumbers, onions, lettuce, sprouts, fresh herbs especially cilantro, squash, and tomatoes.
Oh actually it was called bhindi curry but close enough lol @anon35166066
I only like salad and sugar snap peas as far as vegetables go
And peppers
How do u use sprouts? In salads?
ill take my leafy greens as that’s the main veggie I eat, without the salad dressing and fixings I wouldn’t care for them. also I like summer squash and zucchini, my mom spiralizes them and turns them into low carb noodles.
I really don’t eat a wide variety of veggies, just green pea, leafy greens, carrots, onion, tomato and peppers.
in salads or wraps or sandwiches
Tomatoes, they’re so versatile. They can be used for so many different things, and they’re healthy and taste well.
I also like sugar peas and cauliflower.
forgot about brussels sprouts. well prepared their excellent
oh yea, forgot brussel sprouts and cabbage
I like okra, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, brocolli, carrots, cabbage, and corn.
Best way to eat Brussels sprouts is fried in bacon fat with pine nuts
I’ve never eaten it in a soupy dish. I’ll have to try it sometime. @anon90843118
I’m making vegetable soup today but the guys don’t like cooked cabbage. So I’m gonna make cole slaw too so I can use up the cabbage. I’m in the mood for veggies today.
My mum puts parsnips in her mashed potato
Cool… I’m talking bout chunky soups in particular not the ones that are all blended
oh I forgot beets too
