Do you eat vegetables?

My favorite vegetables is onions/peppers mixed with steak or chicken. Other than that I have a pretty hard time eating them to be honest.

Lately I’ve been having a hard time eating veggies
Today I had some spinach though

Until today haven’t touched a vegetable in weeks.

Going to make sure that I eat some vegetables more often

Growing up, the only veggie I was exposed to at home was iceburg lettuce. Naturally, it’s not nutritional. Because I hesitate to try new foods, I can’t say I have a decent palate, but I’m trying. I like cooked broccoli sprinkled with cheddar cheese, spinach and salads (just greens and ranch), glazed carrots, potatoes cooked many ways, sweet potatoes, and green beans. That’s about it. I want to try a squash recipe.

Love them! Its fruit I dont much care for actually :woman_shrugging:t3:

Yes, I have a salad everyday. I also have a few frozen veggies like corn, carrots, and asparagus, but I don’t eat them as often.

I LIKE fresh veggies but recently I’ve been finding them entirely too expensive. Living in Interior Alaska means that all of those fresh veggies in the store either got here by truck or plane from Anchorage (350 miles away), so the transportation costs get turned over to the consumer…like paying almost $2/lb for cabbage.

The food bank here helps a little with some veggies, but mostly I just get frozen ones. I try to buy some fresh ones, but I have to make sure that it’s a ā€œhardyā€ veg that will last at least a week without rotting.

I don’t eat enough veggies. I’ve been improving my diet lately though.

I like avocado but apparently that is a fruit.
