I think I need to add more green vegetables :s
A good question but one I’m struggling to answer as I don’t eat many vegetables. I have been buying 2 stir fry veg packs a week though so whatever would be in those.
The stir fry with water chestnuts is great stuff.
I can take and leave water chestnuts. I’ve been having the stir fry veg with meat and sauce and without any noodles.
Onions and beans more than other vegetables
I’ve eaten onions so much I’ve gotten a bit bored of them
I love squashes they are good stuff.
Even just boiled instead of roasted they’re still nice with the right foods n seasonings types of things
Carrot potato mushroom onion
Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, lettuce, potatoes, and corn.
Chocolate is my go to vegetable. WELL IT SHOULD BE!!!
