I considder my self a spiritual person, but last week my therapist told me that I shouldn’t focus on past lives while I’m psychotic because then I wont be able to separate past lives from my present life. What do you believe? Have Any of you experienced past lives?

I havent a clue if i have ever had a past life, and if i did i was probably very evil . considering how i must live humbly now.
