I do.
hyped up in my body and like can’t get things done in one go because of the fidgety agitation attention thing
especially when im trying to do effort things
I’m not currently agitated but i do get that a lot. I’m sza and when i’m manic or having a mixed episode i get terribly agitated.
I’m sorry to hear that. I can relate somewhat maybe
It’s not easy for me so maybe it’s not easy for you too, I’m not in your shoes but it doesn’t sound amazing at all
I pace around in my room a lot when i get like that. Back and forth, from corner to corner. Sorry you’re dealing with it. It’s not always easy.
I usually don’t pace, myself but I just got to stop what I’m doing and do something else for a while. It’s pretty annoying.
I might start incorporating walks into my days where I get fresh air and just take in the outside surroundings of where i live
That sounds nice. I really don’t have anywhere to walk to and no sidewalks where i live. I enjoy going for walks though.
I pace a lot. it used to be worse when I was on the wrong meds…
yeah got to do something to take myself out of my mind.
Sometimes I get agitated. My meds help with that.
Yeah I still get agitated. I take a Klonopin. When I was on risperdal I was constantly pacing.stay strong okay.
I’m not agitated at the moment but it’s a common symptom of mine and a sign of relapse or sometimes stress related. I pace a lot and try to listen to music to help but time and meds are the best healer
I am agitated 24/7. My med situation is crazy right now because I recovering from a period of not taking any meds.
The meds really help me with this.
Cogentin (benztropine) helps me with that.
I really hate it.
It’s strange I’m getting used to the agitation that I don’t even remeber not having it. But i do kind of.
Not agitated, restless because of akathisia
sorry to hear that Spark, I remember akathisia
No, I don’t get agitated. But, I can get irritable when I’m manic.
It really sounds a lot like adhd. I am on concerta which helps quite a bit. Just a thought.
Yea. I read something once about low dopamine n adhd… Will need to look into it again to double check :s
