Do the voices scare you or use fear tactics to make you do something
Not anymore.
I’ve had lots of therapy focused on the voices, and I’ve learned not to give them any power over me.
I know they can’t do anything that will actually hurt me, and that it has no consequences if I don’t do as they say.¨

Yeah they tell me iam going to hell forever cuz I didn’t do what they said which was quiting cigs but I couldn’t I tried but I feel like what’s the point theh cant do any thing to me
