i am encouraged to do my own thing and not listen to the voices however i am always afraid if i don’t listen something bad is going to happen to me.
anybody can relate to this?

oversimplified, it means for you to be bad, to be negative. To whom were you close to that showed you how to be negative?
I’m not worried about being punished by the voices.

I used to be tormented by my voices. Not much these days, I have more insight into this sz thing.

YES. My voices tell me I’m bad. If I want to do something productive, they tell me I’m bad. So I get paralyzed, because they scare me.
I am superstitious about mine also. Mine want me to take it easy and just take a break from life and people.
