Do you mean like other humans putting voices in your head?
Because that is not possible.
If you’re asking if the voices manifest as “humans” in your mind,
They do in mine.
I’ve got two voices that are also seen as regular people.

I was under the delusion that my voices were generated by people that I met in real life for some time. In the delusion they had disembodied and were watching my life

My voice has always been comments passed on by real people. And I wonder how do they know what I think.
Then there was a theory I made. If I do things and people can see obviously they can comment. The thing is don’t let your decisions come from external sources.
That’s the main reason I have religious delusion and voices and hallucinations. Because I placed my decision to external sources and approval.
Make sure you make the call. And decide and be responsible for your own actions.

I generally only think I can communicate with my parents in my head. Which I honestly think I can kinda read minds. I’ve been finishing peoples sentences and with my parents they often say what is going through my head. Maybe it’s just that we are a lot alike. But with strangers I just make some sort of connection. I tend to get along with people.

yeah i had this delusion for 5000 days now
so most likely nowdays i know this delusion
as days , years go on and on i become more aware that i am mentally ill and this is a delusion
it is not easy at all
but these 5000 days is a massive number
unbelieveable number for a real ppl to make and to talk to me all these days
they are with me for 13 years now
5000 days… every single day they are talking to me
so this the DELUSION OF HALLUCINATIONS ARE REAL PPL
